  This buyer is a NIGHTMARE!!! He would not pay unless I sent a collect only item. It was very heavy which is why it was collect only sale. I packed it very carefully and sent it at the correct weight but the packing made it slightly oversize for the currier so they wanted more money I contacted the buyer. he said he would pay it on delivery but that is not allowed I offered to send him a copy of the invoice for him to pay but he just gave me the run around. I had give a positive feedback
