In theory it should work but doesn't for our cat
1 of 1 found this helpful Feliway was recommended to me by a cat behavior expert. We have an 18 month old male tabby which we purchased as an 8 week old kitten from an animal shelter. We keep our cats indoors with an outside "cat run". This cat has a very bold/confident personality and has taken to urinating during the night in a particular area of our dining room. Cleaning the area with Urine-off and spraying Feliway has had no effect on his behaviour despite their claims, and having tried this over several weeks. It is very expensive, and I am now looking at other options such as changing the landscape of the area and SSSCat. That said, we have had a number of cats over the years and this one is exceptionally bold/confident, so Feliway may be more effective with more sedate cat personalities.
