Good for the price
Typical Toshiba quality but heavier than I expected it to be. The link to register and get the manual did not work. My last satellite is 10 years old and still working which is why I bought another. It was also an excellent price for a 17".

BE AWARE - special batteries required and not included
The batteries cost more than the flashlight so until I find them at an affordable price I don't know if this works any better than other small flashlight. Unless you want to keep spending twice as much for the batteries as the flashlight, get the re-chargable ones along with the special charger. The fine print details do disclose the battery type, but I missed it. So it's my fault, but I think it should be more prominent for those of us in the "states" who are accustomed standard batteries.
