Do not buy this machine as Motif does not sell a replacement carafe. And they sure break.
Just spend the extra money and buy the original and hand made Dutch MoccaMaster as they at least keep making the replacement carafes for their machines. Motif does not...

Apple macbook air
this is a great digital computer, although I do not see a huge improvement in speed from my old 12 inch powerbook. The battery lasts longer, that's about it. Also, when it falls "asleep" it always turns itself off after a couple hours... Very odd. It takes a real long time to start up, too. The screen is very bright and very good. Also, because of it's thinness, it's real portable. I carry it anywhere. All in all a great upgrade from my 12 inch, but not overly impressive.
