Good pack for the money
I purchased this bag to replace one I quickly grew out of. It has all of the features I was looking for; secure rear access to my camera equipment, very well padded, lots of places to stash camera accessories, can hold a good sized tripod.
I can fit my Nikon, several lenses, 2 action cams, spare batteries, chargers and various accessories in it quite comfortably and securely without them banging about. If you have more than one camera body and larger lenses, this is not the pack for you.
The bag is comfortable to wear, although I have only used it on short sessions. When I take it to the air show later this summer, I will update on how it feels wearing it all day.
The only down side is the zipper is not as heavy duty as I thought it would be. And it's constantly getting caught on the flap of material surrounding the outside edge of the rear compartment. Time will tell if it tears up the material or not.
But for the price, I'm quite happy with this purchase and highly recommend

Perfect
I got two of these to bring alcohol aboard a cruise ship. Passed security screening twice with flying colors. My girlfriend and I emptied them both in a few days and refilled in port. Did not leak, and kept my bar bill under $50 for the whole cruise.
Back home, I was stopped for speeding. Cop searched my camera bag in the back seat (because I've got a CCW permit, he got nuttin. I had not been drinking or carrying a firearm, but I could have been popped. Didn't get a ticket either.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Don't be afraid to buy
Just because it says "refurbished" you should not dismiss this item.
These units are checked at the factory and put through rigorous testing before being released for sale. You stand a better chance of getting a clunker when you buy new, because they are only batch or random tested prior to release.
That said, this unit worked perfectly straight away out of the box on my Nikon D3200.
Setup was easy and there was no problem connecting via bluetooth to my Samsung Tab 2 (once I downloaded the software from Google Play Store). This unit (and to a lesser extent) software work exactly as they state.
However, the software is what I take issue with for the most part. It's kind of slow, clunky and basic. There is a lag between the time I press the remote shutter release and the shutter firing. There are several things that this software SHOULD do, but doesn't. Basic things like focus, change of aperature, ISO and shutter speed. One would think, with software this old that it would be updated.
Additionally, if your camera battery is at less than 25%, it will not connect to your remote device. And it WILL drain your camera battery while connected. So keep spares. Lots and lots of spares.
Lastly, the only way to disconnect is to shut your camera off and remove the WU-1. Other than that, there is no way to disable it when not in use.
It's a fairly inexpensive workaround for Nikon cameras without an on board Wi-Fi device. Just wish they'd update the interface.
