Bowflex Home Gym Accessories 310-Pound Rod Upgrade, Includes 2 50-lbs Power Rod

Compatible with all Bowflex Xtreme models

I have an older Bolwflex Xtreme version 1 that I used infrequently since I like to work out at the gym. But with the 'Shelter in place' i started using my Bowflex regualarly and needed to upgrade. I actually had the 310 lb upgrade and had purchased the 410 expansion box off of ebay. The upgrade worked great and the 50 lb Power Rods gave me the additional lifting capacity.

AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap, No Drip Filter Cap for AeroPress Coffee Press

Great valve controlled filler cap for AeroPress coffee original systems. Does not fit XL.

Great brew valve for AeroPress original and clear triton. The box was a little beat up but the control filler cap works great. Before I'd either have do the inverted method to keep from filtering 3/4 of the coffee while I waited a minute for the coffee to continue brewing. Or I would use 4 microfilters to slow down the filtering and pull up on a little vacuum to keep from draining most of the coffee. With the valve cover, I can brew the coffee for the full time to get a stronger and richer flavor. This thing rocks and I'm hoping AeroPress comes out with and XL version soos.

Great Indoor Tanning lotion

Luminary is a great lotion. The silicone helps it to absorb in the skin and I don't have to use as much per session. Great tanning lotion that I've been using for years.
