Stay away from this brand.
The description of this product sounds awesome. The features would be used often in my home. The issue is that I bought a switch ($40) from a local vender. The switch was hooked up right and it kept the lights and fan on and would not disconnect the power. I sent it back and got another one. Same issue. I bought these thinking they would be different. WRONG! 3 strikes you're out. I will not buy this brand ever again. Now I have to pay to ship them back. Lame.

Good price for this product.
I have seen others charging upwards of $100.00 for this kit. You can't beat this price.
