No more buzzing!
I purchased this to replace a noisy fan in my Pavilion x360 15". It was an exact fit and took about 15 minutes to swap out. (Note that I have a technical background and was already familiar with the interior of my laptop, so YMMV.) You will want to purchase some thermal compound paste to apply to the heatsink/cpu as you will certainly lose some when removing the old unit.
While not dead silent, it is a vast improvement as all I hear now is the flow of air - which is a good thing - instead of near constant buzzing. Definitely worth the price and effort!
